This year’s event takes on a new format: a discussion of King’s civil rights movement, then and now, between Anthea Butler (left), chair of religious studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and Valeria Sinclair-Chapman (right), a professor of political science at Purdue University, moderated by Jeffrey McCune, director of the Frederick Douglass Institute for African and African-American Studies. Registration is required to attend in person or virtually.
