Employee pharmacy offers convenient prescription pickup and delivery, services
The University’s employee pharmacy makes obtaining your prescriptions convenient by offering free delivery to most off-site University locations. You can also make the most of your prescription drug coverage by asking your doctor for generic equivalents for brand-name drugs and using the mail order program for a 90-day supply prescription. Webinar on understanding credit
The Office of Total Rewards hosts a webinar on credit reports on Wednesday, May 24, from noon to 1 p.m. Attendees will learn how to order and read their credit report, dispute and correct inaccurate credit reporting information, repair and rebuild damaged credit, and strategies for debt management. This webinar will be conducted by a representative from Citizens Bank.
Register for the Faculty Development Colloquium in the Health Professions
Registration is open for the annual “Faculty Development Colloquium in the Health Professions” on Wednesday, June 7, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Class of ’62 Auditorium( G-9425), Medical Center. The featured plenary speaker is Alice Fornari, associate dean of educational skills development at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra Northwell and vice president of faculty development at Northwell Health, who will present “Optimizing the Power of the Learning Environment: From Safe to Brave Spaces.” The colloquium will also include a panel discussion, concurrent workshops, and poster presentations. Join the Office of Alumni Relations and the Lifelong Learning Advisory Council on Friday, June 2, for a day of presentations and intellectual enrichment featuring the Institute for Human Health and the Environment exploring the interdisciplinary collaboration needed to find solutions to the 21st century’s most pressing health issues, iGEM (International Genetically Engineered Machine) Team Rochester deep diving into 3D-printing that could allow medicines and chemicals to be replicated if certain plants cease to exist, and updates from the Warner School of Education.
