Commencement weekend kicks off today

Today, we celebrate the Class of 2025 at the University-wide Commencement ceremony. Visit the Commencement website for the latest information, including a schedule of events for the weekend and FAQs. Upgrade the Duo app to utilize new features

To utilize the Duo activation feature on iOS, you must have Duo Mobile version 4.55 or newer and iOS 16. Users who cannot upgrade can manually enter an activation code within Duo Mobile. Android users are unaffected. This change does not affect clients using other Duo Mobile versions for authentication, but an update is required to reactivate with an activation link. Gift enhances cervical cancer programs in underserved populations

A gift made in memory of Frederick Pei Li ’64M (MD), ’66M (Res) will enhance cervical cancer outreach and prevention programs offered by the Center for Community Health & Prevention, particularly among underserved populations.


FOR STUDENTS

Summer Campus Center services

Starting May 19, the Campus Center and several other student life buildings will switch to summer building hours. Select services are still open and available, including the Campus Information Center (second floor of Wilson Commons) and the Food Pantry (first floor of Wilson Commons). From air-conditioned spaces to item rentals and day lockers, the Campus Center is a great place for the campus community to connect and relax.


FOR FACULTY AND STAFF

Small effort for big rewards

Eligible employees can earn $125 while improving their well-being by completing a Personal Health Assessment through Well-U, which includes two short online health surveys and a biometric screening. Check for a clinic near you and schedule your visit.

Summer applications for tuition reimbursement

If you are attending an outside college or university, be sure to submit your tuition reimbursement application within 30 days of the start of the course(s) in myURHR Workday. To submit your application, log into Workday, click “Benefits and Pay” on the homepage, and then “Employee Tuition Reimbursement Application” under “Suggested Links.” Visit the tuition benefits website to learn more.

MAG Culinary Series: Taste of NOLA in NOTA

Join the Memorial Art Gallery for a crawfish boil as part of the museum’s “HoMAGe” culinary series on Thursday, June 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. Museum admission is included with the full dinner ticket, as is a complimentary cocktail. You can also purchase music-only tickets, featuring Zydeco music from Li’L Anne and Hot Cayenne. Find more information and purchase tickets here.
