UR Stars spotlight |

Liz Frink, Traveler and Nursing Orientation Coordinator |
Each week, we spotlight a faculty or staff member who has been recognized as a UR Star. Liz Frink was recognized for demonstrating accountability.
“During a particularly busy NPO week with multiple team members out, Liz went above and beyond to support the team. She came in early on Thursday to check in and see what I needed as I prepared for Skills Day. She helped navigate techs to the correct location and took the initiative to assist with setup throughout the day while I was lecturing. During busy weeks, it can be easy to become focused on our own growing workload, but Liz consistently makes a point to check in, recognize where support is needed, and step in without being asked. She is a true go-getter who takes initiative and is always willing to help wherever she can. Liz is an incredible team member, and her support, teamwork, and dedication do not go unnoticed!”
