URochester Medicine (the preferred second reference) encompasses the academic and clinical programs headquartered on the University\u2019s Health Sciences Campus, known previously as the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC), and the clinical care enterprise known previously under the brand name UR Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>Note that many of URochester Medicine\u2019s clinical facilities are located off campus, including outside Rochester.<\/p>\n<p>Do not use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>URMC<\/li>\n<li>Medical Center<\/li>\n<li>UR Medicine<\/li>\n<li>URM (except as sanctioned for social media accounts)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>University of Rochester Medicine is the new umbrella for the University of Rochester\u2019s fully integrated academic health system.
