21-Day Equity Challenge

JOIN US FOR THE CHALLENGE!

You are invited to sign up for this year’s 21 Day Equity Challenge, taking place February 5th through the 25th, presented by the University of Rochester Office of Equity and Inclusion in partnership with the United Way and the Association of Minority Residents and Fellows.

The 21 Day Equity Challenge is a structured, self-guided learning experience for people who want to grow in their anti-racism and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) knowledge, skills, and practices. The Challenge is designed for individuals who are at all stages in their DEIJ growth trajectory. Those who sign up online to participate will receive a daily email that includes a “challenge” for that day consisting of learning, action, and reflection.

Participating provides an opportunity for our community to develop a deeper understanding of efforts to increase equity while building more thoughtful habits in their personal and professional environments.

All University of Rochester alumni, students, faculty, staff, and anyone who lives in the Greater Rochester region are invited to sign up and participate. If you have a desire to build a deeper and more meaningful understanding of DEIJ, and build community with others who feel the same, please join us!

The 2024 Equity Challenge is now closed. Please see past challenge information below.
