To calculate your total monthly rate, divide the University\u2019s annual contribution amount by twelve months and then subtract that amount from the total monthly health plan premium.<\/p>\r\n

For example: Your annual contribution is $120. Your monthly UR plan premium is $100.<\/p>\r\n

$120 annual contribution \/ 12 months = $10 a month contribution $100 monthly premium \u2013 $10 monthly contribution = $90 monthly\"<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
