After reviewing the 403(b) Retirement Program and eligibility requirements<\/a>, you can enroll and manage your participation in the retirement program through TIAA\u2019s website, calling TIAA customer service, or by making an appointment with a TIAA representative.<\/p>\n

To enroll online
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Go to\u00a0TIAA.org\/Rochester<\/a> and click \u201cEnroll or update\u201d<\/li>\n
  2. Click \u201cRegister Now\u201d and complete online registration<\/li>\n
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions; you will select your contributions, investment choices, and your beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To make changes online
    \n<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Go to\u00a0TIAA.org\/Rochester<\/a> and click \u201cEnroll or update\u201d<\/li>\n
    2. Log in with your user ID and password<\/li>\n
    3. Select the relevant action and follow the on-screen instructions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Find TIAA forms related to withdrawals, loans, beneficiary changes, etc. here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

      For help in-person or over the phone
      \n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      One-on-one sessions with a TIAA representative are available for those needing further assistance enrolling, changing plans, or looking for plan investment advice. Sessions can be in-person or over the phone, and are at no additional cost to you.<\/p>\n

      Call TIAA at (800) 410-6497<\/a> or go to TIAA.org\/schedulenow<\/a>\u00a0to sign up for an appointment.<\/p>\n
