Well-U provides University employees with unique wellness contests and challenges. These provide fun ways to incentivize wellness, for yourself and for your teams.<\/p>\n

Please note: The Well-U program includes periodic events or wellness challenges through which you could receive non-cash prizes or awards. Under IRS guidelines, the value of some of these prizes or awards is treated as taxable wages for reporting and withholding purposes.<\/em><\/p>\n

University-wide Wellness Challenges<\/h2>\n

The University sprang into Bloom!<\/h3>\n

This spring, employees stepped into the season with enthusiasm during the Bloom Wellness Challenge! More than 3,300 participants logged an impressive 895 million steps over 28 days \u2013 an increase of 16% from the previous spring challenge.<\/p>\n

Along the way, 468 teams blossomed, earning nearly 68,000 blooms, more than 36,000 badges, and sharing over 2,000 wall posts. More than 2,000 participants logged activity every day of the challenge, helping make this year\u2019s Bloom the most vibrant yet.<\/p>\n
