{"id":70622,"date":"2021-06-17T11:55:09","date_gmt":"2021-06-17T15:55:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/?page_id=70622"},"modified":"2024-12-14T00:33:28","modified_gmt":"2024-12-14T05:33:28","slug":"assessment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/remote-work\/managers\/requesting-remote-work\/assessment\/","title":{"rendered":"Assessment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The following is for use by department leaders to assess the option to have all or a subset of staff work remotely as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/remote-work\/managers\/requesting-remote-work\">Process for Requesting Remote Work<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This assessment tool is intended to be used for planning purposes before a <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/rochester.app.box.com\/s\/wlcym5q9wg8zgfnwrf75s1zbxi70pesc\">Remote Working Proposal (Net-ID required)<\/a> is developed and submitted for approval. This tool is a guide and not all considerations may be pertinent to every role or department<\/p>\n<p>When using this tool, leaders should consider whether the remote work arrangement would be made on a temporary or permanent basis and how the length of the arrangement may impact the remote work requirements. Please refer to the <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/policies\/policy\/remote-work\/\">Remote Working Policy #175<\/a> for more information regarding remote work
