They represent a wide spectrum of University of Rochester employees, and serve as liaisons between Well-U and University departments and offices.<\/p>\n<p>Well-U Champion responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participating in Well-U programs<\/li>\n<li>Attend Champion meetings (twice per year and not mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Promoting wellness events to their coworkers<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling Well-U programs for their departments<\/li>\n<li>Sharing ideas, feedback, and needs with the Well-U staff<\/li>\n<li>Staying up-to-date on all things Well-U, including signing up for the <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/rochester.us8.list-manage.com\/subscribe?u=4e160e66da317a2eef351314f&amp;id=105f759407\">Well-U Weekly Wellness newsletter<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to become a Well-Champion<\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re interested in serving as a Well-U Champion, here are the steps to take:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check with your
