You can reference our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/benefits\/well-u\/programs-resources\/\">Programs and Resources page<\/a> for more information. The below guide will help get you set up for virtual meetings on Zoom.<\/p>\n<h2>Technology details<\/h2>\n<p><a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/rochester.zoom.us\/\">Zoom<\/a> is a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing application that is used for virtual visits. Zoom is available using a computer, on <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/zoom-cloud-meetings\/id546505307?mt=8\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iTunes (iOS)<\/a>, or on <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings&amp;hl=en\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google Play (Android)<\/a>. You will also need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internet access<\/li>\n<li>A webcam\/microphone-supported device (smartphone, tablet, computer, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Attending your appointment<\/h2>\n<p>Five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time, go to a private, quiet, well-lit location with a good internet connection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Using a desktop computer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullets\">\n<li>To join your meeting, open the confirmation email you received and click on the invitation link provided to initiate the download of the Zoom application. When prompted, enter the password provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Using a mobile device?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullets\">\n<li>Download the Zoom Cloud Meetings App from <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/zoom-cloud-meetings\/id546505307?mt=8\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iTunes (iOS)<\/a> or <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings&amp;hl=en\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google Play (Android)<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>To join your meeting, tap on the invitation link in the confirmation email you received.
