At some locations, OAR staff may also escort patients to treatment rooms, record basic visit documentation, and obtain vital signs.\r\n<h2>Minimum education and experience<\/h2>\r\nHigh school diploma and one year of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\n<h2>Knowledge, skills, and abilities<\/h2>\r\nThe Outpatient Access Representative (OAR) will have strong customer service and communication skills and experience in handling difficult situations. The Outpatient Access Representative will possess a knowledge of basic medical terminology, keyboarding skills, and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook).\r\n<h2>Days\/hours<\/h2>\r\nTypically regular weekday business hours.
