Once implemented, the <strong>myURHR platform will also support the success of many other key HR strategic initiatives, such as<\/strong> <strong>the new job structure developed by the Career Path Modernization (CPM) project.<\/strong> The modernization of Human Resources\u2019 processes, policies, and practices is essential to supporting the University of Rochester workforce.<\/p>\n<p>By replacing HRMS (PeopleSoft platform), <strong>myURHR will provide new, updated HR tools for more efficient and updated processes and capabilities related to recruitment, new employee onboarding, benefit elections, and more.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Timelines<\/strong><br \/>\nThe myURHR project is currently in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/2022\/10\/24\/myurhr-project-enters-new-phase\/\">configure and prototype phase<\/a>. The testing and training phase will kick off next, followed by go live on December 16, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over the coming months, you will be hearing and
