In January, staff will learn how their job will fit into the new structure. A job library and the University&#8217;s pay structures will be published to provide visibility to jobs across the University. As January grows closer, resources will continue to be added to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/career-path-modernization\/\">CPM website<\/a> to prepare managers and staff to understand our job structure.<\/p>\n<p>The latest updates to the CPM website include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/career-path-modernization\/resource-library\/\">Project timeline video<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/career-path-modernization\/project-scope-and-phases\/\">Project timeline chart<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/career-path-modernization\/job-structure\/\">Job structure information<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/contacts\/frequently-asked-questions\/career-path-modernization-faqs\/\">Updated frequently asked questions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The CPM Project team recently held a Community Forum in June.
