Beginning January 31, the University will launch a clear, easy-to-understand job and pay structure that aligns jobs, levels, and positions across the institution to deliver consistency, equity, and transparency to a wide variety of opportunities, roles, and career paths. Managers will begin meeting with staff in mid-January to share individual job information. Staff will have access to their new job information in HRMS including the new job catalog on January 31.\r\n\r\nTo prepare for these changes, training on the new job and pay structures is available in <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/mypath.rochester.edu\/\">MyPath<\/a> by searching for the playlist \u201c<strong>CPMPlaylist<\/strong>\u201d. The performance evaluation cycle for Medical Center staff launched on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. The performance evaluation cycle for the rest of the University staff will launch on Monday, February 12, 2024. All manager reviews must be completed by Friday, April 19 in <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/mypath.rochester.edu\/\">MyPath<\/a>. In addition, the classification of clinical content has been refined to ensure that each role receives the topics necessary for successful job performance.
