The myURHR Employee Spotlight celebrates the many faces behind the myURHR Change Network and project team as they help drive HR Modernization efforts forward through their contributions to the myURHR project.<\/p>\n

myURHR Project Team and Change Network Member
\nNursing Practice Administration<\/p>\n

As a myURHR Change Network and Project Team member, how do you feel your role impacts the University community?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through the many monthly presentations I have given to our nurse managers group and staff nurse council, I am helping to keep everyone aware of myURHR and up to date on the progress of the project. I have also participated in the Readiness Tour events, which have been interesting to hear and answer staff questions, and to correct any misinformation out there about myURHR.<\/p>\n

What are you most looking forward to with the go-live of myURHR this December?
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our nursing team is really looking forward to being able to see the schedule alongside actual hours worked in myURHR UKG! This will help us more easily manage overtime.<\/p>\n

(Note: UKG Advanced Scheduling features are for current UKG scheduling units. Departments and areas that are not currently using UKG will continue with their existing scheduling solution at go-live.)<\/p>\n

In what ways do you think myURHR will benefit nursing colleagues the most?
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nurses will all benefit from the schedule being loaded into myURHR UKG and no longer the need for vacation\/PTO to be copied from the schedule into timekeeping as we currently do.<\/p>\n

What piece of advice would you like to share with nurses as we get ready for myURHR?
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Change is a part of our lives and it is not easy. We need to accept that myURHR is coming by moving forward and working together for a more cohesive time management system.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
