This training includes everything from learning new terminology and system navigation skills, to all new processes, and functionality.<\/p>\n<p>This system change will impact every individual that works at the University and as a result is one of the largest system transitions in the history of the University. To be successful, we need everyone to complete their training; especially managers, coordinators, and timekeepers. If you haven\u2019t already, now is the time to get started.<\/p>\n<p><strong>These additional myURHR eLearnings will be available by the end of October in <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mypath.rochester.edu\/\"><strong>MyPath<\/strong><\/a><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing Employee Compensation in Workday<\/li>\n<li>Graduate student appointments in Workday<\/li>\n<li>Manager&#8217;s Responsibilities in Workday<\/li>\n<li>Managing Timecards: Timekeeping for Managers in UKG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>eLearnings may be taken multiple times (search for the course name in MyPath or view your \u201cMy Learning Transcript\u201d in MyPath and filter by completed training status).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investing time in myURHR training is vitally important to obtaining the knowledge and readiness skills required to prepare for go-live on December 16.
