W2s will be accessible after the myURHR go-live"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The myURHR go-live is right around the corner on Monday, December 16. Here are answers to a couple of frequently asked questions that may be on your mind, too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How will I be able to obtain my W2s after myURHR is live on December 16?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>W2s for the 2024 calendar year and other past years will be accessible in HRMS until April 30, 2025. After April 30, 2025, employees can contact the payroll office for copies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How will I log in to myURHR Workday and UKG?<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faculty and staff will have access to both systems using their active directory credentials. Direct links to Workday and UKG will be available at go-live on the myURHR webpages, HR website, URMC Intranet, and other online locations. For those currently accessing existing Workday or UKG (Dimensions) systems, your login will remain the same.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where will I be able to find my vacation balance?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Staff will use myURHR UKG to enter time off requests and also view vacation balances. <strong>It is important to understand that at go-live, myURHR UKG will contain an estimate of an employee\u2019s accrual balances (e.g. vacation, PTO, sick, etc.) as of the pay period prior to go-live. Actual accrual balances will not be available in myURHR UKG until December 31, 2024.<\/strong> Staff can use this <a class=\"u-link-pdf\" href=\"https:\/\/tech.rochester.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/View-Accrual-Balances-Employees.pdf\">quick reference card (QRC) at go-live<\/a> for information on how to view accrual balances.<\/p>\n<p>Find more answers to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/contacts\/frequently-asked-questions\/myurhr-faqs\/\">FAQs<\/a> on the myURHR webpages.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The myURHR go-live is right around the corner on Monday, December 16.
