Time clocks for hourly staff will be unavailable for use from 12\/14 at 10 p.m. to 12\/15 at 6 a.m."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IMPORTANT: Time clocks will be temporarily unavailable from Saturday, December 14 at 10 p.m. until Sunday, December 15 at 6 a.m. as the University transitions to myURHR. If you use a time clock to enter your time, please be aware of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Punching in or out on Saturday, December 14 between 10 p.m. and midnight\u2014<\/strong>Hourly employees will need to use their department\u2019s standard process for missed punches to enter \u201cin and out\u201d punches during this time period directly into <strong>HRMS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Punching in on Sunday, December 15 between 12:01 a.m. and 6 a.m.\u2014<\/strong>Hourly employees will need to use their department\u2019s standard process for missed punches to enter \u201cin and out\u201d punches during this time period directly into <strong>UKG<\/strong>.\u200b<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sunday, December 15 after 6 a.m.\u2014<\/strong>time clocks will be ready to accept punches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Complete training in <a class=\"u-link-external\" href=\"https:\/\/mypath.rochester.edu\/\">MyPath<\/a>\u00a0to familiarize yourself with the new time clock features.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IMPORTANT: Time clocks will be temporarily unavailable from Saturday, December 14 at 10 p.m. until Sunday, December 15 at 6 a.m. as the University transitions to myURHR.
