All faculty and staff should have received a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/myurhr\/\">welcome email<\/a> with information on how to access the two systems. If you have questions, please connect with your myURHR champion or super user, and reference the many <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/myurhr\/support-resources\/\">support resources<\/a> available, including the new Chatbot, <a href=\"https:\/\/mel.rochester.edu\/\">Mel<\/a> (must be on the University network or connected via VPN to use Mel).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beginning Today:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UKG Learning Lives<br \/>\n<\/strong>Timekeepers and staff are invited to attend Learning Lives to interact with and get questions answered by a myURHR UKG trainer. These sessions, held via Zoom, will focus solely on timekeeping activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Register in <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mypath.rochester.edu\/\"><strong>MyPath<\/strong><\/a> by searching for \u201cLearning Lives\u201d in the search bar. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/myurhr\/support-resources\/#learning-lives\">Click here<\/a> for a list of session topics and descriptions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Workday and UKG Office Hours<br \/>\n<\/strong>Have a specific myURHR question? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/human-resources\/professional-success\/myurhr\/support-resources\/#office-hours\">Drop in to the appropriate Office Hours<\/a>, held via Zoom, to ask questions and review tasks and activities for both myURHR Workday and UKG.
