This year, performance evaluations will launch for the entire University (including the Medical Center) on Saturday, February 1, and follow the same timeline. All performance evaluations must be completed by Monday, June 30 in <a href=\"https:\/\/mypath.rochester.edu\/\">MyPath<\/a>. The process for completing performance evaluations in MyPath will remain the same as last year.<\/p>\n<h2>2025 Performance Evaluation schedule<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Staff self-reviews: Saturday, February 1\u2013Saturday, March 8<\/li>\n<li>Manager reviews: Sunday, March 9\u2013Sunday, April 20<\/li>\n<li>Employee Acknowledgement due Monday, June 30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To assist you with preparing for
