For the first time, faculty and staff across the University including academic units, the medical center, central administration, LLE and the MAG will have an opportunity to share their feedback on a variety of topics related to their work experience.<\/p>\n<p>Faculty and staff success are a key goal of our Boundless Possibilities Strategic plan. Key learnings from this survey will help us to shape action plans to improve our work environment, guide long-term culture strategies, and support organizational performance and growth.<\/p>\n<p>A few important details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On October 6, 2025, eligible employees* will receive an email with a personalized link to participate in the 2025 Employee Experience Survey from <a href=\"mailto:EmployeeExperienceSurvey@notices.Rochester.edu\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">EmployeeExperienceSurvey@notices.Rochester.edu<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At launch, the HR website will also contain a QR code. When using the QR code, you will receive a security prompt to enter your single sign-on (SSO) Active Directory credentials. TARs who worked an average of 20 hours per week will also be included.
