Instructor-Led Training Replay: System-to-System<\/span><\/h2>\n

One of the IORA features we\u2019ve been excited to share with you is the ability to submit applications directly to Federal sponsors using System-to-System (S2S)<\/strong>. This includes applications submitted to NIH, DOD and other Federal sponsors that utilize grants.gov. Submitting an application using S2S means that the application will be prepared and submitted through IORA rather than through ASSIST or grants.gov.<\/p>\n

IORA Access: Create a Funding Proposal<\/h2>\n

To be able to create a proposal in IORA, you must be CLASP certified, watch 4 short IORA training videos and acknowledge the University’s Code of Conduct, which will take less than 30 minutes.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The four videos will cover topics such as an introduction to funding proposals, navigating the general dashboard, completing forms and managing the internal review process. You can complete the videos and acknowledgement in<\/span> MyPath<\/a> at any time<\/span><\/strong>. Be sure this activity appears as “complete” in MyPath! Once complete, it may take 1-3 business days for your access to be updated in IORA.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE: Each of the four videos in MyPath open their own window. When each video completes, minimize the video window so you can see the MyPath navigation and continue through the training (by clicking Next – see Window 1).<\/strong><\/p>\n\"\"\n

Additionally, instructor-led training sessions were held for those who will be creating proposals, reviewing proposals, or setting up Awards or Agreements. These sessions were recorded and it is suggested you either attend the session(s) that pertains to your role or watch the recording. Additionally, there are short videos available at any time that cover funding proposals, agreements, and awards as well as general system navigation (see below).<\/p>\n

If you are simply named on a funding proposal, there is no training required.<\/p>\n
