This report illustrates actual direct and indirect incremental costs for a budget period, direct and indirect cost authorized to date, anticipated direct and indirect costs for an anticipated period for awards/projects, along with other awards associated data rolled up by department per division based on the filters selected by the user.
This is a list report with prompt page that allows users to select from filters such as:
Filtered search criteria that users entered to generate report are shown in the upper header area of report page output. This report shows incremental/action amounts by division and department in a particular period of time which is driven by Award issue date prompt, these amounts are not the balance amounts for awards but are the action amounts. Grand total of actual cost increment is shown at the end of the report page. This report includes only authorized awards and awards that are 'active', 'completed', 'transferred out', and 'terminated'.
