Copyright & iTunes U
Posting material to iTunes U represents a distribution of copyrighted material. The copyright owner has the exclusive right to make such a distribution. Materials distributed from the iTunes U server are subject to the University of Rochester's Policy on Copyright and Fair Use.
If you are not the copyright holder you may still be able to post material to iTunes U if it meets the following criteria:

- The material represents a "Fair Use" and is exempt from obtaining the permission of the rights holder. The University of Rochester's Fair Use Analysis Worksheet can be used to guide your determination of fair use: http://library.rochester.edu/index.cfm?PAGE=2387
- You have obtained the written permission of the rights holder to distribute the material through iTunes U.
