Senior Associate Vice President for Finance

Courtney Peplin has been named the University of Rochester’s Senior Associate Vice President for Finance. Her role is effective December 18, 2023. Peplin is a finance leader with over 20 years of experience, having most recently served as the vice president and CFO of Rochester Regional Health’s Physician Enterprise and Service Lines.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President for Administration and Finance (EVP) and as a member of the President’s Cabinet, the SAVP works collaboratively with leadership to provide strategy and oversight of:

• The University’s consolidated operating budget,
• Capital budget,
• Cash and short-term investment management and forecasting,
• Debt planning and management,
• Purchasing and supply chain,
• And accounts payable.
