TIME, DATE, AND PLACE: 8 p.m., Friday, Feb. 11, Top of the Plaza Restaurant, 1400 Midtown Tower in downtown Rochester
ADMISSION: $20 per person, $35 per couple
For the 9th consecutive year, the Pi Beta Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will host their annual Crimson and Crème Ball. The event will take place at 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 11. The ball, which will be held at the Top of the Plaza Restaurant in downtown Rochester, will include an elegant dining atmosphere, entertainment, a jazz band, cocktails, and door prizes. Tickets to the event are $20 per person and $35 per couple.
Money raised from ticket sales will help subsidize the Denise Y. Giles Memorial Scholarship Fund. Since 1992, the fund has made it possible for the sisters of Delta Sigma Theta to award two or more scholarships to deserving students from the University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology, and SUNY Brockport.
