Visitors can discover how fit they are, learn fun ways of improving personal health and safety, and learn about massage therapy and other stress reduction techniques by dropping in on the "Wellness Fair 1995," 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, in Wilson Commons on the University of Rochester's River Campus.
The free fair, open to all, will offer fitness assessments, nutrition analysis, screenings for cholesterol and blood pressure, information on dental care, men's and women's health, safer sex, as well as fitness challenges, games and prizes. There will be demonstrations of aerobics, massage therapy, and other stress reduction techniques.
"Wellness Fair 1995" is co-sponsored by the University Health Service and by the Department of Sports and Recreation.
