The featured dish at the next Wilson Commons Wednesday lunch could be your own recipe.
Dining services and Wilson Commons Student Activities are holding a contest for the main dish for the “Barbecue & Blues” celebration on Wednesday, April 21. The item must be an entrée, such as beef, chicken, pork, or tofu, and it must contain a barbecue-style sauce. The contest is open only to University faculty and staff.
The deadline for entries is Monday, April 5. They should be submitted to Kenneth Amspaugh, kamspaugh@services.rochester.edu or 209 Frederick Douglass Building. Information must include the name of the recipe, an ingredient list, the method of preparation, and the name and department of the person submitting the recipe. The winning recipe will be chosen by dining services.
