R. Cameron Schauf has been named director of Campus Dining Services at the University of Rochester, effective Oct. 1. He will be responsible for oversight of River Campus and Eastman School of Music dining programs and for the management of the University’s relationship with Aramark, the firm providing dining services.
Schauf also will oversee various University auxiliary operations, including the campus bookstores; OneCard, an electronic debit system for use on campus by students, faculty, and staff; and vending operations.
Since 1997, Schauf has been director of auxiliary services at Bryn Mawr College, where he previously had been director of dining services. He also has worked for Clemson University, Service America Corporation at the University of Cincinnati, and Duke University.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
