TIME, DATE, AND PLACE: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sundays, Feb. 13 and 27, on the middle level of the Interfaith Chapel on the University of Rochester’s River Campus
ADMISSION: $3 per person, $10 for a family; tickets are available at the door.
Pancake Breakfast fund-raisers will be held on two Sundays, Feb. 13 and 27, by students in the Catholic Newman Community at the University of Rochester to support Alternative Spring Break.
Meals will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the middle level of the Interfaith Chapel on the University’s River Campus. Tickets are $3 per person and $10 for a family, and will be available at the door.
During Alternative Spring Break, this group of students will travel to Baltimore, work with community organizations, and learn about issues related to urban poverty. Proceeds from the fund-raisers will help pay for transportation and other expenses during the students’ spring break from classes.
