Mark Coburn, associate provost and director of the University of Rochester's Office of Technology Transfer, and Mike Pavia, president of Sydor Instruments, will speak on what it takes to transform new ideas into products and businesses. The evening's theme of "Innovation: From Creation to Completion/High-Technology Entrepreneurship at the University of Rochester" is presented by the Center for Entrepreneurship, a university- and community-wide initiative that raises awareness about entrepreneurship to students, faculty, alumni, and the Rochester community.
