Five senior administrators at the University of Rochester have been assigned new titles, reflecting recent organizational changes and changing responsibilities within the institution's central administration.
Richard P. Miller, Jr., vice president for external affairs, has been appointed senior vice president and chief operating officer for the University.
Jay H. Stein, M.D., vice president and vice provost for health affairs, has been named senior vice president and vice provost for health affairs.
Ronald J. Paprocki, vice president for budgets and financial planning, has been named vice president for budgets and institutional planning.
John Diehl, University counsel, in addition has been named senior advisor to the president.
Robert Kraus, executive director of University public relations, has been named associate vice president for public relations.
