TIME, DATE, AND PLACE: 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16, in Douglass Dining on the University of Rochester's River Campus
ADMISSION: $5 for University undergraduates when purchased in advance at the Common Market in Wilson Commons on the University's River Campus. Tickets purchased at the door will cost $7 for University undergraduates and $10 for students with college identification.
The annual dance party will include live music by DJ Green Lantern from New York City mixing from midnight to 2 a.m. DJ Green Lantern, a Rochester native, is known for his work with rappers Eminem and Jay-Z.
Earlier in the night DJ Mr. Illmatic from Buffalo and DJ Maestro from Syracuse will battle it out with a mix of music from all cultural backgrounds from Salsa to Hip Hop.
The event, which is only open to college students, will include free transportation from the University to Rochester Institute of Technology and Monroe Community College Brighton campus.
