ADMISSION: Free and open to the public
The University of Rochester Wind Symphony will perform contemporary and traditional wind pieces in a spring concert, including works such as "Overture to Candide" by Leonard Bernstein, "Festive Overture" by Alfred Reed, "The Beltway Jam" by Jack Stamp, and more.
Currently under the direction of William Tiberio, who teaches at the Eastman Community Music School and Hochstein School of Music and in the Fairport school district, the ensemble is comprised of talented undergraduates, staff, faculty, and members of the Rochester community.
