Quentin L. Roach, manager of worldwide purchasing for Delphi Automotive Systems (formerly a division of General Motors), has been named director of purchasing and auxiliary operations at the University of Rochester.
He reports to Richard P. Miller, Jr., senior vice president and chief operating officer.
