Are you tired of the old University yellowjacket and dandelion emblem? Are you creative?
The Students Association Presidential Cabinet is sponsoring a design contest to find new logos for the school mascot and flower.
Submissions must be original works of art and can be drawings, paintings, computer graphics, or any other form of art. Designs should be poster size for display purposes.
Entries will be judged in four categories, including overall designs; undergraduates; graduate students; and faculty, administration and alumni.
The contest is open to all University undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, administration and alumni.
All entries must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10 and should be submitted to the Wilson Commons Information Desk.
Winning entries will be considered for possible adoption by the University administration.
A complete listing of all contest rules is available at the Wilson Commons Information Desk. For more information, call the Students Association Office at (585) 275-2908.
