The Yellowjackets, an all-male a cappella group at the University of Rochester, will perform their annual spring concert at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 25, in Strong Auditorium on the University's River Campus.

The Yellowjackets are the oldest a cappella group at the University and currently have 10 members. Their final performance on campus this year will be dedicated to their two graduating senior members.

The group performs throughout the country at alumni functions and other universities. This year they have had shows at Johns Hopkins University and The Saturn Club in Buffalo, and will perform later this month at Brandeis University in Boston. They have recently released their 12th annual album, "Nature's Call." The Yellowjackets have appeared on the yearly Best of College A Cappella CD for both 1998 and 2001.

Tickets for the show are $7 for the general public and $5 for students with ID, and are available at the door or in advance at the Common Market in Wilson Commons on the River Campus. For more information, please call (585) 275-5911 or visit www.jackets.org.
