"You Can't Stop the Beat!", musical show presented by Off Broadway On Campus

Off Broadway On Campus, a student musical theater group at the University of Rochester, will present its annual spring revue at 8 p.m. on Friday, April 16, in Strong Auditorium on the River Campus.

Titled "You Can't Stop the Beat!", the program will feature a wide variety of group, duet, and solo numbers from Broadway and off-Broadway musicals, including Chicago, Hairspray, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Rent, She Loves Me, Kiss Me Kate, The Lion King, and more.

Off Broadway On Campus was formed in 1997 by students interested in performing musical theater on campus on a regular basis. The group's shows have grown increasingly popular and members perform at other events on campus throughout the year.

Tickets to "You Can't Stop the Beat!" are $5 for the general public and $4 for University of Rochester students, faculty, and staff with ID and can be purchased at the Common Market in Wilson Commons on the River Campus or the door. For more information, call (585) 274-2240.
