The Department of Music in the College of the University of Rochester will make it easy for people to put their musical talents into practice.

Several ensembles whose memberships are open to experienced musicians in the greater Rochester community as well as in the University community have scheduled auditions.

The ensembles rehearse regularly and present concerts both on the River Campus and in the community. Auditions will be held prior to the start of the fall semester and can be scheduled by calling (585) 275-2828. Sign-up sheets will also be located in Todd Union, which houses the music department on the River Campus, on the second-floor stairwell bulletin board.
