Radio station WRUR and the Fraternity Presidents Council at the University of Rochester will present "JAM-balaya 2," a concert by University students to raise money for the victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, at 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, at the German House, 315 Gregory St., Rochester. Tickets will be $3 and admission is for those 18 years old or older.

Performers for this concert will include More Cowbell, a jam band consisting of University students; Brian Seeley, acoustic singer-songwriter and a senior at the University; Richard Po Yao Chen, a sophomore at the University's Eastman School of Music, and his jazz combo; and Thank You Building, a jazz quartet whose members include Eastman graduates. Additional donations of compact discs, tapes, headphones, and players will be collected for survivors.

All proceeds from "JAM-balaya 2" will go to the American Red Cross for the victims of the Gulf Coast hurricanes.
