The University of Rochester Wind Ensemble and Choir, conducted by Mitchell Robinson, will perform at 8 p.m., Wednesday, April 19, in Strong Auditorium on the River Campus. The event is free.

The concert will feature three guest artists; Tom Folan, University Choir director; student conductor John Altieri; and Mark Kellogg, assistant professor of trombone and euphonium at the Eastman School of Music and principal trombone at the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.

The repertoire will include Celebrations, a cantata for chorus and band by Vincent Persichetti; Fantasia for Euphonium and Band by Gordon Jacob; and a work composed by Jeff Tyzik, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra's principal pops conductor. The concert also will feature a brass fanfare by Rochester composer David Diamond and the Prelude, Siciliano, and Rondo by composer Malcolm Arnold.
