Food specialties of Haiti and the screening of Reginald Lubin's 2004 film VIP (Vanite, Intrigue et Passion) combine for a second "Voices of Haiti" program. The event is sponsored by the Frederick Douglass Institute for African and African-American Studies, the Black Student Union, the Department of English, the Department of History, and the Susan B. Anthony Institute for Gender and Women's Studies at the University of Rochester.

In French with English subtitles, VIP tells the story of office romance and intrigue in the latest film by Haitian director Lubin.
