Panelists include Carrie Andrews, Monroe County legislator representing the 21st district located in the city of Rochester; Malik Evans, vice president of the Rochester City School District Board of Education and a 2002 graduate of the University of Rochester; and David Hursh, associate professor in the University's Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Topics will include issues related to testing, the No Child Left Behind Act, and urban schools.
