The University of Rochester Glee Clubs will present a spring concert that will feature a variety of music, ranging from motets, spirituals, and arrangements of folk songs to operetta arias. Songs will include Giuseppe Verdi's "Laudi alla vergine Maria" and "Shenandoah" by Richard Thompson.

The ensembles will perform separately as a men's chorus and a women's chorus as well as a mixed chorus. There are about 45 students in the combined glee clubs. The glee clubs are directed by Irina Georgieva, graduate student at the Eastman School of Music.
