A <a href=\"https:\/\/wayofm.org\/shows\/episodes\/03182019-1\">podcast<\/a> of the show is available, as is this video\u00a0of a poem offered by Andrea Cruz Bendezu \u201920, an American Sign Language major and tutor.<\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-quadcast\" style=\"margin-bottom:50px;\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"120\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mixcloud.com\/widget\/iframe\/?hide_cover=1&#038;light=1&#038;feed=%2FForeignExchange%2Fmarch-18-2019world-poetry-day-with-university-of-rochester-students%2F\" frameborder=\"0\" ><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>Through this celebration of World Poetry Day, the center is promoting \u201call languages, including those that are indigenous and are labeled as less commonly taught, increasing opportunities for these languages to be heard and highlighted,\u201d Valdez says. \u201cThe celebration of the World Poetry Day will allow us to promote the diversity, culture, and identity
