This is in accordance with a <a href=\"http:\/\/grants.nih.gov\/grants\/policy\/coi\/\" target=\"_blank\">2011 Final Rule<\/a> from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Each faculty member listed as an investigator on at least one PHS-funded project with a pending renewal date or an initial start date of Aug. 24 or later should have received an email last week with self-enrollment instructions to the Blackboard course. These individuals should complete the training by Aug. 24.
