I particularly want to thank Governor Andrew Cuomo for his vision in creating this initiative which will help our region attract new companies, create new jobs, enhance technology commercialization, and revitalize the Upstate economy.\u00a0 By conferring the program\u2019s tax benefits to the region\u2019s highest economic development priority and its primary technology business incubator, this designation will strengthen our innovation ecosystem, catalyze new growth, and further accelerate the region\u2019s economic revival.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On
