Briefly describe how you would ideally want the room to be arranged for your proposed session. Note that while we will try to accommodate your preferences, not all arrangements will be possible due to space constraints. The default arrangement for each room is theatre-style seating (i.e. rows of chairs facing the front of the room).
Provide an overview of the content you plan to cover in your proposed session, your intended audience(s), and the ways you intend to engage participants. Include a bibliography of sources that you plan to incorporate/draw from in your proposed session. Please limit your abstract to no more than 400 words.
Note that this is not necessarily your final session abstract. We will work with selected presenters/facilitators to finalize their abstracts after July 2025.
Briefly describe how your proposed session aligns with the 2025 conference theme, “Meeting the Moment.”
List at least 2-3 measurable learning objectives for your proposed session (e.g. at the conclusion of your session, participants should be able to...). How will you know that these objectives have been met?
